HOW TO DO A RABBIT WALK:

Rabbit Walk

  1. Start in a low squat position and place your hands just in front of the body.
  2. "Hop" forward onto your arms.

  3. Tighten your midsection to keep your knees tucked into your chest. 

  4. Aim to grab a bit of "air time".

  5. Drop to your feet with control.
