What does "Made-ON-DEMAND" mean?

Our garments are made just for you, that is made to order. That means they are not printed until you order them. Once you place an order, the garment is sent to production, printed, then shipped straight to your door. This allows us to avoid overproduction and textile waste.

How is my GARMENT printed?

Made-on-demand garments are printed using the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method. DTG inks are eco-friendly, water-based and use less energy.

Why does the ink on the GARMENT HAVE A SLIGHT smell?

If you ordered a made-on-demand item, it might have a vinegar-like smell. This is the DTG ink and sometimes a strong odour is present when you remove the garment from its packaging. Don't worry! The smell goes away completely after the first wash.

How long does it take for my GARMENTS to arrive?

These items are not in-stock. They are made to order. Made-on-demand garments usually take 3-7 days to produce, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 4-9 business days
UK: 3-7 business days
Europe: 6-8 business days
Australia: 2-14 business days
International: 10-20 business days

You will be supplied with a tracking code by email when your garment order ships out.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand company with facilities worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from that facility that can do it most efficiently.

Will I be charged custom fees for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly if they apply duties to your purchases.

Only part of my order arrived. Where is the rest?

If you ordered a made-on-demand item, it will ship separately from the items we keep in stock such as the Animal Moves Deck. Expect multiple shipments for in-stock and on-demand products.

WHAT ABOUT Sustainable fashion?

It’s our goal to become more sustainable with responsible production every step of the way by producing on-demand products (no mass production), using eco-friendly water-based inks with almost zero wastewater and more efficient fulfilment and distribution.

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us by email.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of the wrong/damaged items, your order number and any other details you may have about your order within a week of receiving the goods. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

WHAT’S YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
