PISTOL SQUAT GAME

  1. The Partner Pistol is a game of strength, balance, coordination and cooperation.

  2. This version of the Pistol Squat involves two people initially standing back-to-back.

  3. Then interlock arms, backs connected and lower together into a crouched position.

  4. Then try to stand supporting each other on a single-leg throughout.

  5. To make it easier try to push off the ground each using both feet.
