Here are a few pointers:

  1. Crouch on all fours

  2. With hands set under the shoulders, kick both feet off the floor

  3. Keep hips high and bring heels to the glutes as you ‘buckaroo’

  4. Land feet softly and controlled

  5. That’s one rep
