Since 2010, I have been a speaker and workshop facilitator at conferences worldwide from London to Berlin, from Austin to Sydney. I also had the honour and privilege of delivering a TED talk at TEDx Royal Tunbridge Wells in January 2019.
I love speaking to audiences of all sizes. I speak on a broad range of topics around health and wellbeing, focussing on the issues we encounter in the modern era based on lack of physical activity, unrelenting stress, social isolation, poor dietary choices and inadequate sleep. My core expertise is promoting physical activity that is not only fun and engaging, but most importantly healthful and accessible for all.

The Relationship Between Physical Activity and Good Health
If exercise came in pill form, we would only be too eager to take our keep-fit medicine. Even small doses extend longevity and prevent disease. Recent studies tell us that exercise reduces all-cause mortality risk, reduces cardiovascular related events, as well as warding off chronic lifestyle conditions such as type 2 diabetes, obesity, metabolic syndrome, and cancer. It will be proposed that the lack of activity is more detrimental to long-term health than more recognisable risk factors.
