Darryl Edwards, TEDx speaker, Author and founder of the Primal Play Method is back in Manchester, for one night only.
Following the success of 'Movement is Medicine' in January 2019, Dr Jessicarr Moorhouse from TRIBE.MCR is delighted to welcome Darryl Edwards back to Manchester.
He will take us through a fitness journey of moves inspired by the animal kingdom, education on what we can do to improve our fitness and health with games reminiscent of our childhood.
With low, medium and high-intensity fun-fuelled workouts to make us fitter, stronger and healthier.
The Primal Play session will be suitable, scalable and challenging for all levels and abilities.
