Move Glasgow With Darryl Edwards

After an overwhelmingly positive response to his last session, Glasgow Wellbeings are proud to be bringing back the incredible Darryl Edwards for a morning of movement with education for all age groups.

Darryl is a movement coach and physical activity researcher. He is the author of the best-selling book Animal Moves, a TEDx speaker ("Why Working Out Isn't Working Out" on YouTube) and creator of the Primal Play Method. Darryl runs programmes all over the world where he teaches primal play as a way to get kids and adults of all ages to have lots of fun with movement. This is very important especially in the world we live in today. This event is aimed at all age groups from kiddies to their grandparents and is designed for people of all fitness levels. Darryl will take us through a fitness journey of moves inspired by the animal kingdom and games reminiscent of our childhood with low-medium intensity fun-fuelled movements to make us fitter, stronger and healthier.
